How to Cancel an Order on Vinted When the Item Hasn’t Been Shipped?

  1. First, go to conversation with the other member
  2. Then, tap the ⓘ symbol (It’ll be at the top-right corner).
  3. Lastly, tap Cancel order and choose a reason from the list. If your reason is not listed then tap “Other” and give more details.

The seller may need to confirm the cancellation if they’ve already sent the order but the tracking hasn’t updated. If he doesn’t confirm, please wait for the order to be automatically cancelled.

How to Cancel an Order on Vinted When the Item is Already Shipped?

  1. First, open the conversation.
  2. Then, tap ⓘ at the top to your right. After that you will find “cancel the transaction.”
  3. Choose a valid reasons for order cancellation from the list.
  4. If your reason is not there then you can also provide order cancellation reason by tapping “other.”

Will I Get a Full Refund Upon Order Cancellation?

Upon cancellation of the order, you’ll receive a refund. However, the time it takes to process the refund depends on your payment method.

1- Paid by Vinted Balance

If you paid with Vinted Balance, the refund will show up in your Vinted Balance within a few hours.

2- Paid by credit/debit card

If you paid with a credit/debit card, the refund will appear on your card within 5 business days.

3- Paid by Apple Pay

If you paid with Apple Pay, the refund will show up on the card you used via Apple Pay within 5 business days.
