Hiring someone is the next big step in being able to grow – there are only so many hours in the week you can work before you’ll hit a wall and growth will halt.
There are many different reasons to hire someone, it could be to help source items for you or maybe keep your listings updated and answer customer questions, or perhaps even help you do all the packing and posting!
Whether you choose to hire someone local that you don’t know or use a family member or friend, it will all come down to what works best for you and how it will help the most. Samantha chats through the different things to think about when you are looking at scaling your business to the next level!
